hey everyone..
i would like to take this opportunity to let everyone know that i'm back...
i've taken about a year off while i've been in pilot training.  it's been a pretty crazy and hectic year so i've been neglecting many things.  but i vow to make a change keep updating on myself more often. that includes emails, this, facebook, and cyworld too once i finally make one... i dont' know if i'll go back to IM though...we'll see...

i'm sorry to everyone back home and everyone in colorado for not keeping in touch often...there's a lot of catching up to do.

let's see...well, let me start by what i've been doing here in pilot training...
i first started off flying in this plane...the mighty T-37 Tweet

then i moved on to something bigger....the T-1 Jayhawk

and now...here's the big news... my next assignment is to fly the E-3 AWACS

i know...it's really funny and awkward looking with a huge dome on the back ^^
i guess that's the good news...
the bad news is...i'm moving to oklahoooooma! hehe...i'm gonna live there fore the next 3-4 years.

but to be honest, anything is an upgrade from mississippi so i'm happy.  and i'm closer to colorado(!!) and kind of closer to chicago too.

now that i've got some more time on my hands, i've been able to do some thinking and reflecting and reminisce of old times...
this past sunday was Palm Sunday and as i was sitting through service, it reminded me of my youth group days back at Calvary.  that's almost 10 years ago thinking about it....
i was just reminded of all the lock-ins, prayer meetings, Good Friday services, baptisms and confirmations, all the times we fasted together... i also remember how foolish we all were back then too...
then i thought about all my wonderful classmates and how i miss hanging out with everyone...even if all we do is talk...
and then i thought about one of the all time greatest moments of my life...Summer Missions in Mexico.

i also got to spend that summer with some of my most favorite people...
my two closest friends...
and my personal hero...
and here we are all together....
haha...silly guys...

i hope this was enough of an update with enough pictures for the time being...

anyway, Good Friday and Easter are coming up...
should be obvious why it's so important for us believers...
let's spend this week in much prayer and reflection and really look to the cross...
amen...
